Following the market disruption in 2020, caused by the coronavirus pandemic, we faced a very intense and sudden market recovery in 2021.

To serve our customers in the best possible way and to find solutions to increase our production capacity to keep up with expected volumes, we have made the following adjustments:

  • Reorganisation of our assembly department to accommodate ten additional machines
  • Relocation of the R&D department
  • Reorganisation of our sorting premises to accommodate two new machines
  • Installation of five new screw-cutting machines since August 2021

In addition to these redevelopments, we have seen a significant increase in our total workforce – setting a new record of 170 employees. In 2021, we welcomed 35 additional staff, which is 20% more than our workforce at the end of 2020. We are now focused on integrating and training these new employees to ensure the long-term sustainability of our production capacities.

At the same time, to provide a better environment for our employees, we have upgraded our cafeteria/break room. We have doubled its capacity and updated the existing facilities. The finishing touch has been the installation of a FELFEL fridge, which means employees have daily access to fresh and varied food.
