In light of the substantial momentum and developments of market demand, the Vardeco team is developing and reorganising to meet your needs!
We would like to welcome the following four new employees (in order of arrival):
- Pascaline Amestoy – Quality Control Department Supervisor: With several years of experience in the automotive industry, Pascaline leads a team of around 50 employees who are responsible for internal quality, quality systems, and customer quality support.
- Thomas Martin – Quality Control Supervisor: With ten years of experience in the industry, Thomas joined the Quality team to monitor and manage our system. He is also the customer representative for PPAP3 / first article / …
- Carolane Reiler – Sales and Procedures Assistant: With her experience in the automotive industry, Carolane will strengthen our Methods and Sales team.
- Pearl Stauffer – Supply Chain and Customer Services Assistant: With experience in the manufacturing industry, Pearl joins the team led by Alice Davoine and is responsible for processing customer orders, calls, and deliveries.
We have also made changes to our internal organisation:
Jérôme Cordier, who was working part-time as a sales assistant in operational management, will fully dedicate his time to his other role: IT management within Acrotec/Vardeco. We wish him every success.
In order to guarantee efficiency and to maintain the technical expertise required by the position, we have chosen to promote Laurent Schmitt to Key Account Manager of the Sales team. Laurent was part of Vardeco’s Quality department for almost ten years, and we’re looking forward to him starting his new role.
